Sizing

Press-on nail sets are currently available in XS, S, M, and L preset sizes.

Please refer to the Press On Nail Sizing Chart before ordering to determine which size is best for you.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Because every natural nail is different, Gelled by Audrey cannot guarantee a perfect fit if the incorrect size is selected.

Preset sizes cannot be changed or customized after an order has been placed.

Custom Sizing

Custom sizing is only available on products specifically listed as offering custom sizing.

If custom sizing is offered, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements in millimeters (mm). Gelled by Audrey is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements.

What Is Included

Each press-on nail set includes the press-on nails and an application kit.

Please check your order when it arrives and contact Gelled by Audrey as soon as possible if anything appears to be missing or damaged.

Application & Wear

For the best results, nails should be applied to clean, dry, oil-free natural nails.

Please follow the application instructions included with your order.

Wear time can vary depending on nail preparation, application, daily activities, products used on the hands, and individual nails. Gelled by Audrey cannot guarantee a specific wear time.

Press-ons should be removed carefully. Do not forcibly pull, peel, or rip the nails off, as improper removal can damage the natural nail.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of press-on nails, all press-on nail sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or an order with a missing item, please contact Gelled by Audrey within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, contact Gelled by Audrey within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and damaged product.

Damage reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for a replacement or other resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Once an order has entered production or preparation, changes may not be possible.

If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact Gelled by Audrey as soon as possible after placing your order. Requests are not guaranteed and will be considered based on the status of the order.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times are listed on the individual product listing when applicable.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Gelled by Audrey is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout, or packages that are lost after being marked as delivered.

Photos & Product Appearance

Press-on nails are handmade and/or individually prepared. Because of this, slight variations may occur.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that handmade products may have minor variations and that these do not necessarily constitute a defect.
